I think that when we first started with Kyle he was lacking experience. We had left the state after listing the condo and, after a month or so the lanai area look terrible (the result of weather and exterior painting). Those that viewed the condo during that time period were clearly not interested. When we returned to Florida we cleaned up the exterior and restaged the condo. Within a week we began to get offers. However, our listing seemed to have a few twists and turns (two contracts that ended up falling through and not closing).
