I think that when we first started with Kyle he was lacking experience. We had left the state after listing the condo and, after a month or so the lanai area look terrible (the result of weather and exterior painting). Those that viewed the condo during that time period were clearly not interested. When we returned to Florida we cleaned up the exterior and restaged the condo. Within a week we began to get offers. However, our listing seemed to have a few twists and turns (two contracts that ended up falling through and not closing). Neither would have been within Kyle's control but certainly improved his knowledge for handling unusual complications. Kyle made sure he attended all inspections. I also feel that Kyle gave us very good advice on how to handle unusual requests from the potential buyers. Ultimately, everything worked out good. The market for condos kept escalating. We sold our condo for substantially more than we originally anticipated. We appreciated all of Kyle's efforts and follow up with us through and after the sale.
