(They had sales with Kalyn before) Called her about the vacant land that we had originally bought for a retirement place but had decided to sell it. She researched the land and area. Called us back with some numbers, (very knowledgeable on prices in this unstable economy) we listed it with Kalyn and within 2 weeks we had it sold. A most excellent experience !
