Learned of Noble Realty from family that lives in Lake County. (They had sales with Kalyn before) Called her about the vacant land that we had originally bought for a retirement place but had decided to sell it. She researched the land and area. Called us back with some numbers, (very knowledgeable on prices in this unstable economy) we listed it with Kalyn and within 2 weeks we had it sold. A most excellent experience ! Super quick to respond to questions and took calls whenever we had the questions. Handled all the paperwork quickly and more importantly, easily ! Would highly recommend her for real estate needs.
