Our goal was to build a new home in or near Middletown, California, and it's interesting that the first property we contacted Victoria about, and ultimately bought, we initially dismissed. After looking at literally dozens of other local properties in the area over several months we learned most properties within our budget, acreage needs and location requirements had unique land features that would adversely affect the cost of construction. From rocky terrain to burn scar areas to steep slopes, almost every property had some issue to consider. We decided to take another look the first property and with Victoria's help we navigated a several complicated issues with the County and the property owners to get ensure we knew exactly what we were getting into, and how we could deal with some unique features of the property. Victoria was quick to provide answers to our questions and communicated very effectively with the seller's agent. Victoria's knowledge of the area and her local connections was a huge help when we were looking for reliable, accurate information on virtually everything we needed to be confident in our purchase.
