Karen has been working with us for a quite a while! We had many properties we wanted to look at. Since we're out-of-towner's she was very patient with us. We hope to use her again. Brad showed a couple of houses to me. He would tour the house with me and then step back to give me time to go through the house on my own. He answered all questions. He responded to my texts in a timely manner. He helped with negotiations. He came across as very professional and met my needs as we went through the buying process. This was a remote piece of property with some restrictions, Brad worked the ad & pictures, I think the way he worded the ad helped, I was told could be a hard sell, it took some time, each month I would receive updates on how many views it receive, was happy at Brad's knowledge of real estate advertisement & market priceing.
