This was the first home we’ve sold and we’re so grateful to have had Mary on our side for it. Mary came to our home 7 months ahead of us listing and helped us plan out the priorities to get our house ready for market. That meeting helped us feel more confident going into things and stay focused on what was most important. When it came time to list, we felt very prepared and confident in Mary making the sale of our home a smooth process. She kept us updated on all the showings and feedback from them, communicated during the open house, and helped us land an offer just days after listing!
