I had the pleasure of working with Karen to help me purchase a house for my parents. She is very knowledgably of the home buying process and was very responsive to my questions. One of the standout aspects of working with Karen is her excellent communication. She is always prompt in replying to emails, calls, and texts. And she was also able to help me find a lender, an appraiser, and title company needed to close the deal. She is also a great negotiator and helped me and the home seller find a price that we were all comfortable with. I had a very short turnaround to purchase a house, and the home seller needed to move quickly. She was able to take both our needs and concerns to move quickly and found ways for both of us. Karen did a wonderful job, and I am very grateful for the dedication and hard work she put into helping me find my new home. Her personal touch made the entire experience enjoyable, stress-free, and rewarding.

As newbies to all things Kentucky, we didn’t even know what area would best suit us, so Karen spent days with us, seeing homes all over south central KY. She put together an unbelievably thorough info packet for our tour, including promotional/tourist info for the area. From my first conversation with her, it felt like we were old friends…comfortable and relaxed. Then to know the number of hours she spent with us and for us, it just makes us respect her even more. Ours was a tough case and Karen pulled it together like a champ! We can never thank her enough.
