We loved our experience with Elaine and look forward to many years of friendship with her, she is an outstanding person, and an even better realtor. If you want someone who will truly advocate for you that is Elaine Parrott.

Tammy went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we wanted and stayed in constant contact with us on updates throughout the process of buying our first home. She was so kind and patient with us and we could not recommend her enough. We will definitely use Tammy again in the future if we ever need to buy or sell. :)

Knowledgeable, down to earth, easy to talk to, on top of any issues that occur during the buy/sell process. She is the only one I will reach out to when and if we need to buy/sell in the future and I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a fun and reliable realtor.

We had two properties that we viewed (over an hour between) & she showed us a third, which we fell in love with. We moved on it immediately. She negotiated & worked her magic. Just over 30 days & we're in our forever home. She was incredibly helpful, always answered all our questions promptly, reassured us when we had doubts, always professional, so very knowledgeable & was honest when she didn't know the answer but found out quickly, very patient & always polite. She is genuine & down to earth. We would recommend Tabitha House to anyone looking for a home in Kentucky. She covers all of Kentucky!
