I had been shopping for a few years for a home. I knew what I wanted and what I could afford. I also had a small window of opportunity to physically do a move only a couple times a year due to my work schedule. I kept running into properties that was listed by her and decided to give her a call. I had gotten approved a few months ago and my offer letter had expired and I didn't want to keep applying for credit and have the home I chose get sold underneath me before all the paperwork was secured and to have to reapply again in 6 months and play that game all over. Dreama was super friendly and I assure her I was a serious buyer and wasn't looking to waste either of our time. She met me the same day and showed me some homes. I found the one I wanted and proceeded with the paperwork. I closed in the short window I had (less than 2 weeks). No fuss, no mess and no back and forth I need this, I still need that.
