One of the standout aspects of working with Karen is her excellent communication. She is always prompt in replying to emails, calls, and texts. And she was also able to help me find a lender, an appraiser, and title company needed to close the deal. She is also a great negotiator and helped me and the home seller find a price that we were all comfortable with. I had a very short turnaround to purchase a house, and the home seller needed to move quickly. She was able to take both our needs and concerns to move quickly and found ways for both of us.
