This was a remote piece of property with some restrictions, Brad worked the ad & pictures, I think the way he worded the ad helped, I was told could be a hard sell, it took some time, each month I would receive updates on how many views it receive, was happy at Brad's knowledge of real estate advertisement & market priceing.
