I would recommend Matt to anyone. He has great market experience and is very professional. His honesty regarding pricing of my home and what to expect was really appreciated. The most important thing to me was how well he kept me informed throughout the entire process. I had no concerns or worries throughout the whole process except selling my home of 33 years and downsizing and obviously Matt had no control over those things. He's the greatest.

Working with Rob was the best experience we could have hoped for when looking for a house. Rob listened to our list of desires and tirelessly presented options and marathoned viewing appointments with us until we found the perfect home. Rob advocated for us while negotiating with the seller, and he sprayed for bugs and identified the trees and plants in our yard once the home was ours.
