The listing photos turned out fabulous and the app used for showing the house made it easy on me as the homeowner to pop in and out as needed with plenty of advanced notice. I also appreciated the open house she set up to draw in more attention to the home.

Personable, punctual, knowledgeable, flexible, considerate & most of all genuine. Rob & Barbie made us feel so comfortable with such a big decision. They truly cared about our future not just making a sale. I cannot imagine going through this process with any other team. They made us feel valued & that is what mattered most. They knew we had some non-negotiable items & I feared we wouldn’t find what we were looking for in our price range but Rob & Barbie reassured us they wouldn’t stop until we found the space that fit our needs perfectly. During the negotiations they were professional & savvy. I felt so lucky to have such a seasoned team on our side. No nonsense, firm but always friendly. Our experience was dare I say fun? I liked I could look at the house knowing Rob was checking out anything that could have caused concern & Barbie was right next to me there to answer every question I had. She was ready with sellers agreements & always prepared for anything coming our way. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone & will. Only complaint is I wish we could keep working together.
