Excellent for first time home buyers!

Rene was very organized and knowledgeable. Since this is our first home, we were nervous and didnt really know how the system worked, but Rene gave us peace of mind. She explained all our options and gave us everything in layman's terms so we didnt feel so lost. The process does take a while, finding that perfect property sometimes comes with a wait and see mindset. Every house we declined/disliked got us closer to our true home. Rene was on top of it! She kept finding houses that fit our budget and desired accommodations and eventually we found this one and it felt like a no-brainer. The wait was worth it! Working with Rene feels like working with an old friend. She's friendly and kind and very committed to finding people the home they actually get to call home. I would recommend Rene to anyone who is first time buying or just looking to move and find something new! The process was so easy after Rene explained everything to us. GREAT SERVICE FROM RENE

Rene was ALWAYS on TOP of any issues that popped up. Her knowledge and guidance of what we needed to do and when we needed to complete any documentation was very helpful. We purchased a home and sold another home with Rene's help. Best Experience

Rene worked with us for over a year, in a difficult market, to find a home that suited us through changing life situations. She was always responsive and took her time to walk through every detail we had questions on. Each home we toured, Rene was there to provide valuable insight about everything that stood out. We always felt like we were receiving professional care. After we’d found the home that suited us, Rene was quick to get inspections started and move the process forward. We felt at ease through the entire timeline start to finish. We got check-in notices, clear instructions on what to do next, and she attended every significant meeting to see us through closing. We can’t thank her enough for everything she did in working with us as our family grew and priorities changed. We are overjoyed with the end result! There is no one else we would rather work with throughout the home buying process. If you are looking for a realtor that truly understands the home buyer, I’d be hard pressed to believe you’d find someone better than Rene.

Kasey Delivered Beyond Our Expectations!

We bought and then sold our condo through Kasey. She was so fun to work with. Knowledgeable about the market, understanding of our needs, and went above and beyond during the selling process - finding us contractors and even cleaning the condo herself before a showing when we couldn’t be there. Use her for your realtor. She is the best!
