She went above and beyond and would send us homes that she thought we would be interested in based on location and our criteria. She was always available to show a house, no matter how short of notice we gave her. She taught us so much about what to look for in a house and how to understand, read, and write a contract. She was patient with us as we spent several months trying to find our perfect home in a difficult market. Cheryl worked with me remotely. She listened well and asked the right questions so that she could find my home. She took pictures and videos, called and talked to other agents, and communicated extremely well through the phone, texting, and email. Within a very short timeframe, she found the home we purchased.
