I worked with Brownyn as a first time homebuyer for a few months before closing on a house. Brownyn was very knowledgeable, but explained everything thoroughly and a way that was very easy to understand. Brownyn also was able to make me feel very comfortable and it never felt like she was pushing me to make a decision one way or another. Working with Rob was the best experience we could have hoped for when looking for a house. Rob listened to our list of desires and tirelessly presented options and marathoned viewing appointments with us until we found the perfect home. Rob advocated for us while negotiating with the seller, and he sprayed for bugs and identified the trees and plants in our yard once the home was ours. You know that Rob truly cares about his clients! We have found or forever home but if anything ever changes we know we can depend on Rob Davis to help us again.

Cheryl worked with me remotely. She listened well and asked the right questions so that she could find my home. She took pictures and videos, called and talked to other agents, and communicated extremely well through the phone, texting, and email. Within a very short timeframe, she found the home we purchased. Cheryl also did the walk through and met with inspectors and installers so that the home was ready for our family to move in. Once again, all this was done remotely!
