I worked with Brownyn as a first time homebuyer for a few months before closing on a house. Brownyn was very knowledgeable, but explained everything thoroughly and a way that was very easy to understand. Brownyn also was able to make me feel very comfortable and it never felt like she was pushing me to make a decision one way or another. Working with Rob was the best experience we could have hoped for when looking for a house. Rob listened to our list of desires and tirelessly presented options and marathoned viewing appointments with us until we found the perfect home. Rob advocated for us while negotiating with the seller, and he sprayed for bugs and identified the trees and plants in our yard once the home was ours.
