This is the second time I've worked with Jim. Last year we purchased a home, and this year I sold another property. Both experiences were absolutely perfect. Rob advocated for us while negotiating with the seller, and he sprayed for bugs and identified the trees and plants in our yard once the home was ours. Kim was great to work with. Worked for us and was very responsive. She became a friend . We put house up for sale just as Covid19 shut every thing down and Kim was knowledgeable and explained the process .
