Lance was excellent to work with throughout the entire process of listing, selling and closing on our home. His steady and calm demeanor helped us negotiate the entire process of what can be a stressful situation. We sold our home quickly and Lance was the biggest part of that. I can’t recommend him highly enough and will use him again if we ever sell and/or buy another home. Thanks Lance!
