They were honest and straight forward with me in what the home could bring and what it may end up selling for. Todd and Laurie went all out in featuring our home from drone videos to 3D imaging and blue print modeling of the home, to organizing several open houses. The Mefford's even went as far as staging our home for us and making sure that our house was ready for any potential buyers while we were out of town. The negotiating process was even more impressive. Todd and Laurie were in constant contact with us and making sure they fully understood what we wanted and needed from the sale of our home but also keeping a balanced understanding of what the buyers needed and wanted.
