Todd & Laurie treated us very well, had our best interests in mind, and were very honest about the houses we could afford as well as the fair price of the house we bought. They never pressured us, rushed us, or acted like every house was good as we looked at over 20 houses. Todd carried a little flashlight that he used to inspect each house for any flaws, foundation issues, potential safety concerns, and age of utilities. His diligence led us to avoid houses due to some not so apparent issues. When we found the house we wanted and the sellers wanted a later closing in the offer, Todd and Laurie held them to the desired closing and even offered to lower their commission (without our knowledge) as an incentive to ensure we got the house we wanted. We consider Todd and Laurie good friends who will always be welcome at our home.

Torrey from the beginning was excellent in selling of the house. He did a walk through to advise us on house repairs and refreshing for the selling of the house. He brought in photographers that took great pictures. He posted the house and we received a contract in seven days. We were instructed on the Torrey applied all contract protocols, and helped us to followed them closely. Torrey gave us outstanding advice on how to fulfil the buyers contracted requests. He also informed us on City housing codes. Torrey also helped us in the closing process to be an easy walk through.
