We had a particularly difficult home to sell in a relatively bad housing market. First off, Todd and Laurie took time to establish the best pricing given that the market for our farm/house was changing very rapidly. They took time to research comparables and consider what was the best course of action to sell our home. A lot of time, realtors don't dive into the data like we believe Todd and Laurie did. Once the house was on the market, we felt like Todd and Laurie took steps to be creative and consider options for marketing and seeking out-of-state buyers for the property. We always felt that they were strategic in their process and worked tirelessly to find a buyer and get the home sold.
