Todd carried a little flashlight that he used to inspect each house for any flaws, foundation issues, potential safety concerns, and age of utilities. His diligence led us to avoid houses due to some not so apparent issues. When we found the house we wanted and the sellers wanted a later closing in the offer, Todd and Laurie held them to the desired closing and even offered to lower their commission (without our knowledge) as an incentive to ensure we got the house we wanted. We consider Todd and Laurie good friends who will always be welcome at our home.
