We are incredibly pleased with the service Blair Whaley, provided; he is truly exceptional. We are from Houston, Texas and not familiar with the Kansas City area; but had an idea of where we wanted to live (and he helped us accomplish that) all while staying within our budget. After, reviewing our requirements, Blair kept us focused in the direction of our home purchasing process. Blaire’s professionalism always prevailed. When we made an offer that was not accepted, he kept us in a positive frame of mind, which is essential in this market with his positive energy. Blaire was available for showings, and on time. He promptly answered phone calls, text messages and emails. Blair, was knowledgeable the areas we considered, if he could not answer a particular question at the time he, researched and let us know of his finding. But, most of all Blair listened, without pressure, we felt like he genuinely cared for us. As we, have not purchased a home in over thirty years, he made what could have been a totally chaotic situation surprisingly easy. We will forever be grateful that Blair Whaley was our realtor, and would highly recommend him to new friends and family.
