As a first-time home buyer, the process of buying a home was very daunting, frustrating and overwhelming, especially when my partner and I have conflicting tastes, expectations, priorities and opinions. We started out with a very broad search and she was always quick to react, setting up showings, meeting us from as far as north Golden to southwest Littleton and we never felt like burden clients which some realtors can make you feel. Rachelle was beyond patient, she was extremely supportive offering expert advice and helping us dissect and redirect our priorities which I think was invaluable in finding on a space that met all of our needs. She was also extremely honest and perceptive, did her due diligence, made the right calls, helped troubleshoot and was never trying to sell us on a home. She let us take the lead and interjected when need be (thankfully) because she wanted to make sure that we LOVED where we lived--not settle just to get the process over with.
