He organized people to come in and take care of those items for us. Then, he hired the most incredible staging team. By the time the home was ready to list everything looked incredible. We ended up having to replace the complete sewer line; it's worth noting that when you buy a home insist on the inspection prior to sale! Even something as stressful as this costly repair, was handled expertly and quickly with Dave taking the lead. He knew a trustworthy company that competently handled the repair.
