We decided to move to Arvada from Illinois to be close to our Grandchildren. We have been in our house for 35 years and dealing with a realtor was unfamiliar. And the Colorado housing market is so different from Illinois. We chose Megan to be our realtor and it was the best decision for us. She was there to answer any questions, big or small. She answered quickly and was able to explain everything in easy language. She was super responsive and easy to reach. Her professionalism and expertise were outstanding. She guided us to find a mortgage lender, a home inspector, insurance broker, and home repair services. We were so happy with all of the referrals! We were rather overwhelmed with this big move. The decision was big financially and emotionally. Megan was there to support us throughout the process. We closed on our new home yesterday and couldn’t be happier 🙂 She truly went above and beyond!

Judy and Chris were the best realtors I've ever worked with. Knowledgeable and experienced, especially in the Denver, Lakewood, Belmar area. This was a tough sale due to the buyer's market and persistently high bank rates for mortgages. . . real estate prices constantly dropping over the listing period. Judy and Chris held multiple Open Houses and coordinated with other Realtors and agents. They coordinated repairs, staging, cleanings, and kept the place looking good during the listing period as we were out of the country. Complete trust and confidence in this team.
