I bought my home in 2020 right before Covid 19 happened. I came out to Colorado from New York to find a home. Dutch and I had communicated for a few months previously before I came out to preview homes. He had a wonderful portfolio of homes ready for me when I arrived and we spent the day looking at each one. I had told him what I wanted in my new home and he had listened. Every home we looked at had potential. There was no pressure to buy any and unfortunately I left without a house. He kept looking and we finally found the house I wanted. I bought the home virtually due to covid but Dutch went through the house for me pointing out all the positive and negative aspects. The closing went smoothly and since I wasn't moving in for another few months, he arranged for a contractor he knew to come in and do all the repairs and upgrades I needed. When I arrived to my new home everything was ready for me. I cannot say enough good things about Dutch. He is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and Colorado geographically. In addition, he is one of the most genuine and nicest people you will ever meet. Looking at homes with him is truly an adventure and I left feeling I had made a friend. He still keeps in touch and checks in with me even after all this time. I highly recommend Dutch if you are thinking of buying or selling your home. I would use no one else.
