From beginning to end, Mike and his wife Tina represented us in the most professional manner. When asked, he and Tina promptly provided an estimate of the net amount to be realized from the sale. The night before closing, after the buyer had toured the house for a final time, the buyer's agent reached out to Mike, voicing concerns about a water leak in the basement. Mike went to the house to check on the leak, then put some sealer on the pipe thought to be leaking, and that allayed the buyer's concerns.
