From beginning to end

From beginning to end, Mike and his wife Tina represented us in the most professional manner. Mike explained all facets of the selling process to us at the beginning and what we could expect of him and Tina throughout the process. He communicated each week with us, at a set time and, more often, if showing feedback was available. Mike is local to the area and provided good insight on appropriate pricing, including when to adjust and when to stay with the listed price, but he always followed our direction. When asked, he and Tina promptly provided an estimate of the net amount to be realized from the sale. The night before closing, after the buyer had toured the house for a final time, the buyer's agent reached out to Mike, voicing concerns about a water leak in the basement. Mike went to the house to check on the leak, then put some sealer on the pipe thought to be leaking, and that allayed the buyer's concerns. Mike attended closing to answer any questions that we might have. From beginning to end, I am happy to recommend Mike and Tina Gatschet!
