If you want professionalism, hire Shaun and/or his team "Team". Our house was sold in one day. The Team, staged it (Friday), held an open house (Saturday). I had 4 offers on Saturday night. The Team made my involvement of the sale easy. Any hick-ups during the process were handled by the Team but I was advised along the way. I have trouble putting into words my level of satisfaction and gratitude after seeing countless houses over many years with Joey. His “default” is professionalism and thoroughness, and he is vastly knowledgeable with a connection ready for any circumstance that might arise. On top of all that, he is friendly and generous with his time. There is no scenario where I would use another agent. My only regret is that, now that we’ve purchased the house, I don’t have an excuse to see Joey every month or so.
