What started as my search to purchase a lot quickly became a much bigger process, and she was helpful throughout every step. She not only guided me through the purchase, but also connected me with an excellent builder — Matt Faulkner of Gale Homes II — which turned out to be a fantastic recommendation. He build a very high quality beautiful home for us. Susie's knowledge and guidance during the contract discussions and negotiations were especially valuable, and she made sure everything was handled carefully and professionally. In addition to that, she served as my listing agent for the sale of my existing home, and her advice was spot-on. She and her Leslie gave insightful, practical recommendations on how to prepare the home for market, and that preparation clearly made the difference — the home sold quickly, one week after listing in December! I also want to specifically recognize her partner, Leslie Silveira, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to reach. Leslie played a major role in the sale of my home and was instrumental in working through the details, including negotiating and coordinating the closing with a difficult buyers agent. Having both of them involved gave me tremendous confidence. I am truly grateful for their professionalism, expertise, responsiveness, and dedication.
