Working with Kelli was such a wonderful experience. I was tasked with selling my late aunt's house, and I was nervous, with no idea what to expect, as I had never sold a house before. Within a few minutes of talking to Kelli, I breathed a huge sigh of relief. I knew I had found the right person to help! The true professionals always stand out from the crowd; you just "know." She was extremely knowledgeable, competent, helpful, and patient. It was clear she knew the business backwards and forwards. Anytime I had a question -- and oh boy, did I have questions -- either she or Michelle (who was also great!!) got back to me quickly. Whenever there was a task I needed to complete, they always gave me clear, easy-to-follow directions on what to do, as I was a "newbie" to the whole process. Even though it was a smaller property, she treated it (and me) like it was a million-dollar listing. I was extremely happy with the end result. I feel like I not only found a great realtor, but I also made a new friend. Highly recommended!
