I'm a little late with this review but Ryan Helped my wife and purchase our first home March of 2015. There is no better person, not just realtor, but person to walk you through this process. I catch on to things I'm unfamiliar with pretty quickly but buying a house is very hard if you don't know what to do. He must have shown us nearly 80 houses, no exaggeration, in the extended period of time we were searching. He set up his online portal for when we couldn't get together and took the pressure out of looking that had us downtrotten from our last realtor experience a year prior. He made it fun and a family experience. When my wife picked out a house that was for sale by owner he went to bat for us, negotiated like an ambassador for my family and made sure everything on the house was accurate within our FHA loan guidelines, small details like the finding the upstairs bathroom electrical outlet was the proper one (which it was not and was also wired weird.) Seller fixed that. So when my kids are grown and we need to move. I'll be calling him again. Ryan, Thank you my friend.
