Mr. Wu was very nice and responsible when it came on his job to sell our house and find us a new wonderful home. He was also very understanding and patient with our seemingly endless requests and questions. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always call back in couple mins! We tried to sell this house with other agents before but didn’t end up well. One of them didn’t show up on open house date. The other one was money-driven without telling my rights as a seller, who even didn’t tell us that seller can choose a closing date! But Mr. Wu put a lot effort and time into selling our house, and he really had our best interests in mind. He knew we didn’t have a place to move in right away, so he asked us the closing date we preferred and tried his best to negotiate with buyer to facilitate our schedule. He was also very versed at dealing with buyer’s agent and worked through some tough situations very well! We couldn’t be more happy with the service we received from Mr. Wu and will definitely recommend him to everyone we know!
