Laniece was very professional. She included me in every detail involved in selling my home. She discussed the details in plain English to make sure I understood. When the deal was made for the actual sale, she walked me through the process. I would recommend Laniece to anyone looking for a home or trying to sell a home! Great job, Laniece!

Laniece is hands down my favorite agent. Her greatest attribute is her trustworthiness. She completes her job professionally while also providing the loyalty and empathy necessary to satisfy her client. She is able to work both patiently and swiftly which is important when dealing with the purchase of a home. Always my go to in Myrtle Beach.

When I tell you this lady went above and beyond for me. Everything I wanted and needed in a house she found. Mrs.Laniece was always available day or night and she made sure I understood the process of buying a house. I definantly recommend her to everyone you will not be disappointed!!!!
