Mark was really helpful in the sale of my condo in North Myrtle Beach. I did not have to initiate anything, he took care of all the details, and it went smoothly. He also found me a lawyer to help me with the transfer of the deed, since I was not present at closing, because I live out of state. I would definitely recommend Mark to sell any property.
