He knows the area and has numerous contacts in various "fields" and put me in touch with a handyman who has already done 2 jobs for me and there are 3 more to do. Zach is low key and was never pushy which I appreciated. I moved from Pennsylvania so coming down and looking at houses while selling my house up there had a lot of moving parts and Zach made sure he was available every step of the way.
