Leeroy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me through the process and it was seamless.

I have worked with Leeroy on several transaction both buying and selling real estate personally. I have no doubt Leeroy has my very best interest at heart. I would highly recommend engaging Leeroy if you’re looking for a professional agent to represent you buying or selling real estate. Not all agents are the same. Leeroy is full-time and continues to Strive to be the Best year after year. As a real estate broker myself, I work with several real estate agents. I use agents personally to buy and sell all my real estate.

Leeroy personifies wisdom and professionalism. As an out of state seller, I leaned on Leeroy’s market research and analysis to sell my home in approximately 40 days. He knew how to stage, market, and sell my home where others were content to let it sit on websites. Leeroy was dedicated in his approach, serving as a reliable ear and confidant whenever my wife and I had questions about the process. We got the amount we wanted, which is dubious in this housing market. Leeroy is amazing to work with, and I highly recommend him and his services to anybody thinking about selling their home.

My house was under a contract within a week after putting the sign up. Dan made sure that I was informed and prepared for all of the steps in the process of selling my home. There was always someone available on the team to respond quickly to any questions or concerns that I had. Barb was very patient with me while trying to find my perfect new home.

There is nothing that this team would not do to make sure your buying/selling journey is as foolproof as possible.

My wife and I think Barbara is the best. She went the extra mile to find my wife the home she dreamed of and found it. We don't have enough good things to say about Barbara and The Henzler Team.
