Autumn is endlessly knowledgeable, organized, “on-it,” personable, professional, polished, ethical, responsive, and was able to juggle multiple deadlines, crises, and obstacles for us, all while making it look effortless, and serving as a sympathetic, constructive guide and sounding board when disasters happened.
