We had to renovate a rental property after a burst water pipe flooded the whole downstairs. Between insurance, construction crews and Covid it was a nightmare. Mark came to us half way through as we intended to sell as soon as the house was ready. So he monitored progress as best as he could and gave amazing advice along the way.
