When I purchased my home she guided me through the first time home buying process and helped me make an educated decision. She was so easy to work with, when it was time to sell my home she was the obvious choice. Once again her knowledge of and experience in the real estate industry did not let me down. I have a very unique schedule and work from home. I was impressed with how well Peggy managed the showing appointments so they would not conflict with my work schedule. She also modified her communication with me based on my work schedule, only calling on my days off and using text and email on my work days per my preference. She provided me timely updates and reminders prior to each showing and was also quick to provide feedback after the fact. Due to her efforts we had several offers with in days of listing. Peggy helped me navigate the offers, including their terms and conditions so I once again could make an educated decision that was right for me. Peggy cares about her clients, she has a strong work ethic and does everything with honesty and integrity which I truly respect and appreciate.
