Andrew was my agent for listing and buying. He pulled off a simultaneous selling and buying so seamlessly that I was shocked! At first, I was nervous going in because I was selling/buying during the Covid pandemic but we were able to sell the home in record time as well as buying a new home. He took some amazing pics of my old home and best of all he told me everything that could happened and where/what my expectations should be on the selling side.
