6,863 real estate agents in Hillsborough County

This is the second home Karen has marketed for me. Karen is the consummate professional keeping her finger closely on the pulse of the Real Estate Market, not only In Hillsborough County but nationally as well. My first home she marketed was in 2008, a very different market then the first quarter of 2022. Even in a sellers depressed market of 2008 Karen remained positive and truthful and we sold the home for asking price in 30 days. That was in a depressed selling market, so I knew when it came time for me to sell my home this year in a sellers booming market Karen was the Selling Consultant I needed. When we hit the LIST button, Karen was right on it! The first week it was like everyday was an open house, we got several offers. Karen made sure ALL the showings agents had at least prequalifying documentation for every person wanting to see my home so we had only good buyers. My sincerest thanks to Karen for being professional, impartial and truthful in guiding me through the teams of paperwork keeping each offer separate and finally, helping me to agree on what we both knew to be the very best offer. 10,000 over list price

She knew the area I wanted and did not give up until I found my Dream home!
