Emily Hammond is not a good realtor. Good does not begin to describe Emily Hammond. If we are any example of a typical client, adjectives such as fantastic, fabulous, brilliant, excellent barely scratch the surface of the exquisite skill and care that Emily Hammond provides her clients. We met Emily through our daughter and son-in-law and were immediately impressed with her confidence and demeanor. Although we had previously had some discussions with another, highly recommended realtor, Emily’s air of confidence and professionalism won us over right away. Despite that we were a complicated mess of requirements in terms of financing, price point, features and very, very high expectations, in a few short weeks, she came up with a solid plan to get us qualified, seeing houses; and fifteen houses later, she had us under contract with the winning offer on our dream home. With the help of her extraordinary staff, she had us locked into a great rate before the rates increased (which she had predicted they would) and even a hurricane couldn’t stop her from getting us closed as soon as possible. If you are looking for a realtor, we have no doubt you can find many good ones in the Tampa Bay area. If you are looking for someone who will go to the ends of the earth to find you your dream home, get you financed at the best rate possible and get you closed even in the teeth of a hurricane, Emily Hammond is exactly who you need. Without hesitation we enthusiastically recommend Emily Hammond!
