Natalie was an absolute dream to work with. We moved from Indiana cross-country to Tampa, Florida during the COVID pandemic, and we were first-time homebuyers. She took us around on video calls to see every detail: both those that we wanted to see and those that she knew through experience were important to look for. She made herself available to us, and we felt like we were her number one priority. By the time our home closed, we felt that we were great friends.
