Kelly and her husband, Zoki make a great complimentary team. From my perspective, Kelly does more behind the scene stuff and her fair share of the grunt work. She responds quickly to text messages. Kelly and Zoki goes over and beyond what I believe is in the description as realtors. I can’t sing their praise enough. They would be my go to realtors when I’m selling another home or property.

Jackie was amazing from start to finish! She helped us select the perfect listing price, made amazing suggestions to help us prepare the house for market, and handled all of the inquiries, appointments, and showings with the utmost professionalism. She communicated with us frequently and clearly and went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and comfortable with every step of the process. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Leslee helped us buy our home in South Tampa, and what set her apart was her approach: instead of steering us toward a quick decision, she oriented us to the market by driving neighborhoods, touring properties, and helping us understand what we were really looking at. She has an unusually sharp eye for the physical side of homes (structure, mechanics, the things that matter especially in older houses) and became a genuine thought partner as we evaluated properties. She also knew exactly when to offer her perspective and when to let us work through our own thinking, which is a harder skill than it sounds. When we couldn't be on-site during the closing process, she was there for us every step of the way. Couldn't have pulled it off without here and becasue of that, we left the process feeling informed and confident in our decision!

Rachel is an extremely talented realtor! Although she is newer in the industry don’t let that stop you from using her as your agent. She is very knowledgeable as she grew up in the tampa Bay Area.
