Recently, I purchased a second home in the Tampa area. The combination of technology tools that Robert has available, in addition to the roster of great recommendations that Robert provided for loan processing, home inspection, and home improvements, greatly reduced the stress associated with the process, especially considering a very aggressive desire of the seller for a quick close (we went from offer acceptance to close in 27 days).
