Dona was awesome to work with! She truly listened to what you said and she is honest with you if she is not totally understanding your most important amenities you are looking for in your new home. For me she had trouble determining what the MOST important amenities were that I wanted for me versus what was MOST important to me for my pet dog. Once I explained in better detail she was “right on” in her selection of possible homes. There will always be a give and take but if you are honest with yourself and with Dona about what’s really important, she found me EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED with one or two minor exceptions! She’s also fun to work with! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home of any kind!

Brittany went above and beyond for us purchasing our home. We had a couple bumps in the road and she maintained such an upbeat attitude and always highlighted the positives throughout the experience. She was very responsive to what may have seemed like my never endless calls, texts and provided support despite all our frustration in the home buying process. Brittany was so great, we used her to sell our old home months later as well! If anyone needs a realtor, you won’t be disappointed with Brittany because she goes above and beyond to help find your dream home or sell your existing home.

From the beginning of the selling process Micheal was able to answer all our questions. Selling a home can be very stressful, but not with mike. He was on top of his game, surprisingly ahead of me. He was available to coordinate all work such as painting, repairs and cleaning. When I I felt overwhelmed he was quick to pick up the phone and get things done promptly and even oversee any work being done. He always respected our property by doing touch ups if needed and keeping our thermostat adjusted where we requested. Mike went above and beyond what I expected. If only my other workers were like him i could have a more stress free life and dump the aspirin. Thanks again Mike for the smooth, stress free sale. Malcolm and Beverly
