Our recent purchase was contingent on our selling of another home. During a time. Where buying and selling was very challenging this was a very stressful and tedious process. Matt was an amazing Realtor on the buying end. He answered texts within minutes, gathered information, almost as quickly and often spontaneously provided feedback. There was not one incident where I had to wait for his response or feedback with information to assist me in this process. He showed houses to us twice because my wife could not make it the first time. As he took us through the homes, he took notes and provided us what we had found as positive and negatives on each when it came time for us to discuss our decision. He played a major role in being a liaison for us between several different people and agencies involved in the purchase of our home. At times, he took care of things that I probably should have. But knowing that we were selling a house and also had a death in the family of a very close person to us,He took the role and made sure everything was handled. It’s very difficult to describe how important and how much his service as a realtor meant to us. Matt, I cannot say enough about your outstanding and amazing service as our Realtor. Before hiring Teri, I had fired the previous realitor. Teri had a way of making you feel trusted, welcomed and cared for, with the professionalism needed to get the job done. We had what we wanted in our minds, and in this market getting close to everything you want and the price tag you want is no easy task, but Teri made us feel our views and wants we’re capable to grab. She listened to our needs, gave us advice and spoke her view when called for. All with a unique ability of genuine likability and professionalism. She was always available and had great communication. She made the process feel personable in the best way, and always put her best foot forward.
